B3 Supports VA Live Whole Health Mobile App
November 11, 2020 (Herndon, VA) – B3 Group, Inc. is proud to announce the release of the Whole Health mobile app developed in partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The app is designed to remotely assist Veterans in developing a personal health strategy towards wellness that prevents disease and unites the mind, body, and spirit. The Veteran will have the option to select from 8 health categories – moving your body, power of the mind, surroundings, recharge, food and drink, personal development, spirit and soul, and family, friends and co-workers – that they can track on their journey to health. The secure app is now available on iOS/Android platforms.
“As a veteran myself, I am genuinely excited about the opportunity for us to support this mobile app that provides better access to preventative healthcare,” said Dwight Hunt, CEO. “Our goal is to help the VA help its customers and this is one tangible way to do that.”
Whole Health is a part of the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) Live Whole Health initiative with the goal of expanding integrative health services and providing more education to the Veteran on health values. The app guides the Veteran through a range of wellness steps to create a picture of overall health. Moving from treating symptoms (What is the matter with you?) to helping initiate balance in all areas (What Matters to You?), the app offers goal setting, notifications, virtual interaction, and highlights successes. In each area of focus, there are educational opportunities and complementary therapies, like meditation or yoga, along with conventional medical care with insight provided on the Circle of Health. Whole Health provides support to the Veteran and creates awareness in all areas of a healthy lifestyle. You can read more about the Whole Health Mobile App here.
