B3 Group Welcomes Chief Growth Officer, Dr. Dev Kalyan

B3 Group is pleased to welcome FedHealthIT100 Honoree Dr. Dev Kalyan to the leadership team. Dr. Kalyan will serve as the Chief Growth Officer, responsible for all aspects of business development and long-term growth strategy across the company’s portfolio. He will oversee customer engagement to shepherd ongoing digital transformation for the Federal enterprise and create the data governance, functional architecture, end-to-end cybersecurity, and program management maturity necessary to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, technology-enabled services for B3’s customers and for those we collectively serve. A former Navy Medical Officer, clinician, and strategic health systems thought leader, Dr. Kalyan is focused on facilitating enterprise-level system transformation and developing high-performing teams that cultivate and deliver on the missions of customers, enabled by market-proven technologies.

Mr. Kalyan has served as a principal architect of several of VA’s major organizational transformation and modernization efforts including MyVA Access, the inception of VHA’s Office of Community Care, the transition of the Veterans Choice Program to the 2018 VA MISSION Act, and a comprehensive redesign of VHA’s organization structure, operating model, and clinical governance. He was previously the Chief Clinical Transformation Officer/Chief Growth Officer at OptumServe as well as the Senior Healthcare Transformation Lead at ERPi, where he was also responsible for the firm’s Federal Civilian and Federal Military Health portfolios.

He holds a MD from the Duke School of Medicine, a JD from Columbia Law School, and a BS from The George Washington University.
