February 5, 2019 (Herndon, Va.) – B3 Group, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) health IT and leading systems integrator firm for the federal government, announced Kevin D. Rice as its new chief operating officer (COO).
Rice has more than 25 years of consulting experience across the federal, state and local government markets. Most recently, Rice was president of Prosphere-Tek, Inc, helping lead, grow and mature the company to more than 500 employees as well as managing $600 million in contracts across 13 federal departments. Previously, Rice managed the health IT business for Information Innovators, Inc. (Triple-i) which focused on the Department of Veteran Affairs and Health and Human Services. He also owned a services company for 11 years in support of multiple government customers.

Rice holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and a master’s in Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Pamplin College of Business.
