B3 Group Awarded Electronic Capital Planning & Investment Control (eCPIC) Support Contract with the VA
Herndon, VA. (July 3, 2019) – B3 Group Inc., a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) health IT and management consulting firm for the federal government, announced it received a five-year task order with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) on its Electronic Capital Planning & Investment Control (eCPIC) Support contract.
The eCPIC tool is a web-based, Government-Owned Technology System (GOTS) application designed to help agencies automate the select, control and evaluate portions of the IT eCPIC process. B3 Group will support to the Information Technology Programming and Budget Formulation (ITPBF) activities associated with administering its instance of eCPIC and provide support to the eCPIC or Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) IT Dashboard Help Desks to resolve submission errors or any system issues that require external resolution.

The eCPIC task order was awarded under the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) IDIQ Contract. The company had eleven contract wins under the T4NG IDIQ contract in 2018 and this will be their third win of 2019.
