Leesburg, VA – April 28, 2015 – B3 Group has been awarded a Prime contract to provide Acquisition Management Call Center Support Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). To create an efficient acquisition process throughout the Department, VA designated the Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) as the enterprise system of record for contract management of VA acquisitions consistent with VA policy. This system houses all VA procurement and contracting data and provides lifecycle contract management capabilities and processes. The eCMS system consists of both Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government off-the-Shelf (GOTS)-based software. Enterprise-level business intelligence (BI), and analysis, and reporting for eCMS information is accomplished via a COTS BI reporting tool.
For this three year engagement, B3 Group is teamed with ManTech to provide on-site acquisition management and support services for VA acquisition systems and support tools assigned to the enterprise portfolio for Office of Acquisition & Logistics’ (OAL’s) Enterprise Acquisition Systems (EAS) Service located in the Frederick, Maryland Facility.
