LEESBURG, Va. (September 17, 2018) – B3 Group Inc., a fast-growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and health IT firm for the federal government, announced it was awarded the Whole Health Mobile Application contract, a three-year, $2.9M contract to design a new Whole Health application.
Under the Mobile Health task order, B3 Group will develop and implement a mobile application that is iOS and Android compatible, enabling all veteran users, regardless of whether care is received within VA or commercially, to navigate the comprehensive array of available VA tools, resources and capabilities that support the Whole Health System. The application will allow veterans to engage in a more hands-on manner with their own care.
“I am excited to be part of a project that will bring on-demand access to information and resources to our veterans with the ultimate goal of encouraging use and increasing positive health outcomes,” said Dwight Hunt, president and CEO of B3 Group. ”B3 is privileged to be part of the VA’s Whole Health program which is revolutionary and poised to set the standard for how healthcare is viewed across the country.”
This is the fifth contract awarded to B3 Group by the VA in the last two months. The company was recently granted contracts for the eCMS Help Desk, PSES, Appeals, SCIP and WAN Services.
