B3 Group, Inc., a Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), health IT and PMO firm for the federal government, was awarded the $1.5M Call Control Server (CCS) Equipment Maintenance Support contract. The four-year opportunity falls under the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) IDIQ Contract, where B3 Group will work with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Offices of Information and Technology and Information Technology Operations and Planning.
For this task order, B3 Group will provide operations and maintenance to the VA’s Voice Systems (VS) at several locations. Work will include maintenance of VS phone equipment and replacement of VS equipment as needed.

The company is also partnering with Cerner, a global leader in healthcare technology, to modernize electronic health records and provide seamless care to veterans.
