B3 Group Announces New Vice President of Growth
September 17, 2019 (Herndon, Va.) – B3 Group, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) health IT and leading systems integrator firm for the federal government, announced Gina Gallagher as its new Vice President of Growth.
Gallagher has 30+ years of business strategy, business development, and market experience in the federal government sector. Most recently, Gallagher was the Chief Growth Officer at GovernmentCIO, where she led portfolio expansion and revenue growth for the company. She has held numerous leadership and senior executive management positions with both large systems integrators and small companies. Before GovernmentCIO, she was the President of AOC Key Solutions, Inc., a strategy and proposal consulting firm focused on the government contracting industry. Gallagher has also served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Systems Made Simple (SMS), a highly successful SDVOSB T4 Prime, which was ultimately acquired by Lockheed Martin in 2016. In these positions, Gallagher was responsible for creating corporate strategic plans, building business development organizations, identifying and selecting teaming ventures for competitive procurement initiatives, and winning new business. She also has extensive GWAC/IDIQ strategy experience.

In her role at B3 Group, Gallagher will be a cross-functional catalyst to align and optimize business activities. She will also be responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet B3 Group’s objectives and developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction.
B3 Group has multiple contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs and has recently been recognized for its growth on Inc. 5000 and Washington Technology Fast 50.
