May 6, 2020 (Herndon, VA) – B3 Group, Inc. is proud to announce that they have achieved two new ISO certifications, ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 20000-1:2018, expanding its current processes and procedures further to enhance internal quality delivery on projects. As an IT solutions provider, B3 Group makes service and security management a top priority and is pleased to demonstrate its commitment to high standards by implementing the rigorous process requirements.

The ISO standards are internationally recognized, providing a structure to verify compliance and ensure customer confidence.
- ISO 27000 requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS) define how organizations manage and handle the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details, and information entrusted by third parties.
- ISO 20000 specifies requirements for service providers to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and improve a Service Management System (SMS). Requirements apply to the design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services to fulfil customer requirements.
In order to achieve these certifications, B3 Group demonstrated their commitment to continuous improvement and excellence to independent auditor Perry Johnson Registrar, who evaluated B3 and recommended the ISO certifications.
